Vulcano PU AS Polyether TPU Ducting | Antistatic, Flame Retardant

Description

This Translucent Polyether Polyurethane Ducting features: Material: Made from a unique polyether TPU, offering a blend of properties for durability. Antistatic: Permanently antistatic with a resistance of R<10⁸ Ω/m. Resistance: Robust against microbes, hydrolysis, and UV exposure. Design: Features a consistent 0.5mm wall thickness across all sizes, enhancing its versatility. Flexibility: Highly compressible at a ratio of 5:1, ensuring easy storage and handling. Safety: Flame retardant according to UL 94-V0 standards.

Applications

Perfect for woodworking shops, dust extraction systems, and handling abrasive powders. Used commonly for suction of abrasive powders, woodworking and sawdust management and dust extraction. Its lightweight design combined with excellent abrasion resistance makes it ideal for tough environments like those found in the woodworking sector. Additionally, it's halogen-free, promoting environmental safety, and can be made conductive through the grounding of its copper-coated steel spiral, ensuring safety in static-prone areas.
