Master-Clip HT 500
Medium- and high-temperature hose designed for temperatures up to +500°C. Suitable for automotive and ventilation & air-conditioning applications.
Construction / Material:
- Type of Construction: Spiral hose with clamping profile.
- Design of the Helix: Metal band, formed as a clamping profile.
- Material of the Helix: Steel strip, hot-dip galvanised.
- Design of the External Spiral: Designed as an additional protective profile.
- Execution of the Wall: One side laminated.
- Material of the Wall: High temperature fabric.
Properties:
- Flexibility: Physical properties include flame resistance and non-flammability.
- Weight: Heavy.
- Pressure Resistance: Moderately pressure resistant.
- Colour: Inside silver, outside red.
- Other: Good vacuum resistance, high gas tightness in the vacuum and low-pressure range.
Operating Temperature:
Temperature Range: -20 to 500 °C. Short-term Maximum Temperature: Peaks to 550 °C.
