Description
An exhaust gas clip ducting designed to handle exhaust gas at high temperatures. Constructed with a 2-ply / double layer, inner layer made of impregnated glass fabric and outer a special coated, high-temperature fabric wall and an external helix made of hot-dip galvanised steel.
Features and Applications
Master-Clip CAR is perfect for fume extraction, especially diesel engine fumes, flue gas exhaust, exhaust equipment, vehicle construction, aircraft industries, defence industries, mechanical engineering, hot air, and low-pressure applications. It is primarily suited as a vacuum hose.
Properties
Very good temperature resistance, hardly inflammable, high resistance to mechanical load, vibration-proof, abrasion-resistant, very flexible, extremely compressible to approximately 1:6, small bend radius, external steel helix protects against abrasion, special clamping method guarantees high tensile strength between hose material and external helix, RoHS compliant.
Often used in diesel engine test-benches with higher extraction performance, machine manufacturing, automotive manufacturing, low-pressure range, extractor units, hot air conveyance, smoke extractors, defence systems, and aircraft manufacturing.
