Introducing Master-NEO 2 — a high temperature 2 ply ducting designed with two layers for enhanced durability. Constructed from double-layered neoprene-coated glass fabric and reinforced with a spring steel wire helix and glass fibre cord, this hose is built to withstand demanding applications involving high temperatures and mechanical stress.

Features and Applications


Master-NEO 2 is ideal for conveying air or gaseous media with high gas or environmental temperatures, especially in situations with increased mechanical demands. It is suitable for vehicle construction, aircraft industries, shipbuilding industries, general engineering, engine construction, chemical industries, plastics industries, and incineration plants. Additionally, it serves as an effective hot air hose for granule dryers.

Properties


Constructed with a 2-ply neoprene-coated glass fabric wall, reinforced with spring steel wire and fibreglass cord. Master-NEO 2 is very flexible, lightweight, and has a small bend radius. It features a nearly smooth inside, symmetrical bending, and kink-proof design, with good chemical resistance. The immovable vulcanised wall and spring steel spiral ensure robust performance, making it suitable for applications with high mechanical requirements.
