Heavy-duty, food-quality permanently antistatic ducting compliant with FDA regulations. This duct is constructed with a polyether polyurethane wall, known for its high food safety standards, and a non-rusting spring steel wire spiral, ensuring robust performance in industrial applications.

Master-PUR HX A Food PU Antistatic Suction and Delivery Hose is designed for safe and efficient use in the food, pharmaceutical, and chemical industries. Its robust construction and compliance with food-grade standards make it ideal for transporting materials in environments requiring strict hygiene and safety measures.
Properties
Microbe and hydrolysis resistant, taste and odourless, and offers good flexibility. This hose is designed for a long service life with high tensile and burst strength, being gas-tight with a nearly smooth inside for optimum flow characteristics. It is free of halogens and plasticisers, providing good chemical resistance and generally good UV and ozone resistance.
The wall thickness between spirals is approximately 1.7 - 2.1 mm, making it a reliable choice from handling food products to transporting chemicals and pharmaceuticals.
This hose is extremely abrasion resistant due to specific reinforcements underneath the spiral, providing increased pressure and vacuum resistance. It is heavy-duty yet flexible, with a mostly smooth inner lining for optimum flow characteristics. Bore Finish: Nearly smooth bore
