Master PUR HX EL
Master PUR HX EL is a heavy-duty, electroconductive, highly abrasion-resistant, antistatic, vacuum-proof flexible suction & transportation hose.
Product Description:
Material consists of a spiral spring steel wire with an electrically conductive polyurethane wall. The wall thickness between spirals is approximately 1.7 – 2.1 mm, depending on DN.
Applications:
- Danger zones, which require electrically conductive hoses
- Suction of coarse-grained media with the highest flow rate
- Protective hose against greater mechanical wear
- Suction and transport hose for extremely abrasive solid, liquid and gaseous media
Properties:
- Surface resistance RO < 103 Ohm
- Approved according to TRGS 727 and ATEX 2014/34 EU
- Extremely abrasion-resistant via specific reinforcements underneath the spiral
- Flexible
- High vacuum and apex pressure resistance
- Highly durable, long service lives
- Optimum flow characteristics
- Mostly smooth inner lining
- Good resistance to chemicals, oil and fuel
- High tensile strength
- Generally good UV and ozone resistance
Temperature Range:
-40°C to +90°C with peaks to +125°C
