Description
Ultra-abrasion-resistant, heavy-duty polyester polyurethane ducting. It has a smooth bore, lined with 60 Shore A polyurethane and is reinforced with embedded copper-coated high tensile spring steel wire helix.
Features and Applications
Master PUR Inline is designed for the highest demands of service life and abrasion resistance, making it ideal for the transport of gravel, stones, aggregates, and other abrasive materials. Suitable for quarries, cement works, shipyards, docks, and other heavy-duty industrial applications, this hose ensures reliable performance under the most demanding conditions.
Properties
Polyester polyurethane hose with a thickness of approximately 5.5 mm, features a 60 Shore A liner for ultra-abrasion resistance, a completely smooth internal lining for optimal flow characteristics, and is microbe-resistant. The hose is flexible, vacuum-proof, and has good pressure resistance. It is permanently antistatic, halogen and plasticizer-free, and offers good resistance to chemicals, oil, and fuel. Additionally, it boasts high tensile strength and generally good UV and ozone resistance.
