Master-PUR L-MHR polyether polyurethane sucting and delivery ducting is a lightweight and microbe-resistant hose, designed for demanding applications where durability and hygiene are paramount. This hose features a helix made of spring steel wire.

Features and Applications

The Master-PUR L-MHR PU hose is perfect for the transport and suction of abrasive solids in situations where microbe resistance is essential. Typical applications include: Rear suction hose on small sweeping machines, Public utility cleansing and refuse collection vehicles, MD lawn mowers, Lawn sweepers, Leaf suction machines, Feed transport and as a Protection hose against mechanical loadings.

Properties

Our ducting stands out for its highest abrasion resistance thanks to its polyether polyurethane composition. It is microbe-resistant, hydrolysis resistant, gas-tight, and has good chemical resistance. Additional properties include: Free of halogens and heavy metals, Lightweight and extremely flexible, Small bend radius and nearly smooth inside, Generally good UV and ozone resistance and Optimum flow characteristics.
