Description
Translucent, ester-based, permanently anti-static TPU hose with a copper-coloured TPU-coated steel spiral, heavy-duty and flexible for ease of handling. It's ideal for industries where material integrity and operational safety under abrasive conditions are paramount.
Features and Applications
Ideal for the transportation of highly abrasive materials, granulates, pellets, dusts, sawdust and woodchips. Suited for industrial vacuums, compressors, granulate conveying systems, plastics and printing, woodworking, ceramic and dust extraction industries.
Properties
Next 09 features an entirely smooth inner surface for optimal media flow, with a consistent wall thickness of 0.9 mm across all diameters, ensuring uniformity and reliability. Its unique TPU composition not only grants it exceptional abrasion resistance capacity of 20mm^3 (50% better than standard TPU hoses), but also provides resistance to mineral oils, ageing, UV, microbes and hydrolysis, weathering, ozone, and a wide range of chemicals. The permanent antistatic nature (R<10^9 Ohm/m) of the TPU used make Next 09 an excellent choice for environments where static build-up could be hazardous. Can also be made electrically conductive (R<10^2 Ohm/m) when the spiral is grounded, further enhancing its versatility. Bore Finish: Smooth
