Applications
Suction and delivery of abrasives (slurry, sand, cement, grains, gravel); dockside unloading; shipyard; Plant waste management, commercial cleaning, often installed on tank trucks. It is suitable for heavy duty, whereas a good abrasion resistance and easy handling in critical and humid conditions are required
Technical
Multilayer hose with inner lining of conductive PVC/PU, reinforced with an anti-shock rigid PVC spiral ; the PVC coated outer layer is slightly corrugated, to ensure a better flexibility and mechanical properties , especially at low temperatures
Properties
Strong, flexible and lighter than a conventional rubber hose, Titano has an excellent resistance to abrasion, mineral oils, and most chemicals as well as to ozone, ageing and atmospherical agents.
Standards
Compliant with RoHS standard, the lining is permanently electrically conductive (≤106 Ohm/ meter) according to ISO 8031.
