Red Natural Rubber Tubing is strong and versatile, with high tensile strength and good tear, fatigue and abrasion resistance. Our Red Natural Tube also has excellent electrical properties and is commonly used for transferring gases, liquids and diluted acids. Due to the nature of Natural Rubber it also performs well at extremely low temperatures down to -65°C. ERT is our European version including DIN 12 865 Specification Tubing, and RTV is our Red Natural Rubber Vacuum Tubing range. Please contact us for more information.
Usage
Our Red Natural Rubber Tube has a wide variety of uses including transferring gases, liquids and diluted acids. It is also suitable for colder applications, as it stays flexible at low temperatures. Natural rubber tubing is fairly general purpose, but we also have a range of specialised polymers to combat other elements.
Properties
-Our rubber tubing can be manufactured in a range of hardness from 30°Sh to 90°Sh.
-High tensile strength.
-High resistance to tear, fatigue and abrasion.
-Good electrical properties.
-Manufactured to BS2775:1987 specifications.
-Maintains flexibility and performs well in cold conditions.
